Mr. Patel is a Chartered Accountant (India) and Certified Public Accountant (USA) with more than 15 years of experience across U.S. and Indian accounting, taxation, financial reporting and advisory services. His dual qualification lets the firm deliver work that is compliant with U.S. standards while drawing on a deep Indian professional talent pool.

As CEO he leads on U.S. accounting and taxation, financial governance, risk management, quality assurance and international accounting best practice — and sets the technical direction that keeps our output aligned with U.S. regulation and client expectations.

Mr. Anil Khunt, B.Com., FCA

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Mr. Khunt is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management and business advisory. Across his career he has worked with businesses in a wide range of industries, helping them strengthen financial operations, meet regulatory obligations and grow on a sound footing.

With deep expertise in Indian accounting standards and growing experience in U.S. accounting practice, he co-founded the firm to bring world-class accounting outsourcing to CPA firms and businesses in the United States. His focus is operational excellence, client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
